Complaint her stylish out fit smell her perfume and give her a flower or take her out on a day tour show her things that know one else sees through your eyes
example
take her to the park show her how you can climb a tree
take her to the petting zoo and show which animal you adore
take her to a movie and show that men cry men laugh men get scared too
take her swimming show her that you can dive

do not try any of those cheesy lines we girls hate them. just say hi and tell her you've noticed her before and would she like to go for coffee or something sometime. she can only say yes or no. not the end of the world huh.
