It depends on if your first love was your only love. The first time you are in love, you think it is the best thing in the world. No matter what problems you have, it does not matter. Nothing can beat that love.. Right? Well that is not always true. If you fall in love again, it can be better than the first. When your so use to one thing, its so hard to imagine another. But when you get out of that comfort zone, and realize that there is so much out there to learn, a new love can be better than your first.
So should you get back with him? If the relationship was good and you think it will work, sure. But if you want to go back because this is all you know, i say experience a little more first. See what else is out there. You might surprise yourself.

No...its the exact opposite. Your last love is the deepest. Sometomes when we fll in love we think that we could never love anyone as much as we do now, or no one will ever love you as much as that person. Its not true. If your heart is open, you will find love. The deepest is the one you remain with for the rest of your life.
I wouldn't rely on strangers to write whether you should get back together or not. How do you feel about this boy? Why did you break up in the first place. These are what you should think about before you decide.

Hell no. If anything, for those that feel their first love is the deepest, they might be in love (or overly sentimental) with the feeling of falling in love for the first time.
I think it is good to date several people. Each one will be different and each will treat you differently. Ultimately, you will get a "feel" for what you like in a relationship and how you like to be treated. After several years of dating, if you still like someone you dated in the past, perhaps then try to reconnect.

I think that totally depends on the relationship you had with your first love. Why did you break up? What have your relationships been like since? Are you only considering getting back with him because you are not with someone else right now?

If he feels the same with you, maybe, but only if you two are mature enough not to make the same mistakes again.
You might have a strong chance to loose him, even for a friend, if you screw things up the next time.
