lightly buttered toast made from french loaf or a slice of good quality bread. Top with cranberry jelly and cover with sliced Brie or camembert. Grill until melting and golden! Yummy

A layer of chocolate spread (put on while toast is still hot...so melts in !!! mmmmmm) Then slice some banana on to the top.

Okay, this sounds disgusting: Marmite, peanut butter and blackcurrant jam. Yes, all on one piece of toast, one topping on top of the other. It really is strangely tasty.

Depending on mood and time of day...warm home made pumpkin butter...or crisp bacon and eggs scrambled in butter w/ garlic and onion top w/ BBQ sauce or...on cinnamon toast a thin layer of hot buttered oat meal + brown sugar + cinnamon! oh yeah babe!
