Do you truly want fast weight loss or do you want permanent weight loss? What would be the point of dropping a lot of weight rapidly just to gain in back in a few weeks/months? Still, fast would be a liquid diet with protein supplements like slim fast or some other high protein, low fat, low sugar, low carb liquid diet. Permanent/long term weight loss is usually slower. Like Weight Watchers or something similar. Instead of losing a 5 or more pounds a week like a liquid diet and gaining it back 3 weeks after you start eating real food, they teach you to eat real foods for life that will get and keep you thin not liquid only foods for a temporary period. With Weight Watches or something similar, it would take about 3 months to lose approx. 30lbs but it would STAY OFF. WW is slower but people tend to say thin much longer on diets like that.

i got here round the e book to be very informative and easy to verify. i have lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm merely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too right away. i visit admit i have not pronounced the preparation guide precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet frequently) and doing little or no exercising, even if the burden retains flying off. It obviously works and if i'd pronounced it precisely i imagine it would scare the residing daylights out of me by using volume that i'd lose. So thanks back for the tips. i have under no circumstances offered something like this earlier because they're many times complete of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful wonder. initiate today!

Cut out all "white" stuff... like sugar, flour, rice, pasta's etc...
If you want that type of stuff use whole wheat pasta, flour, and brown rice... you can have complex carbs just not the whites!
Eat plenty of vegtables.
Cabbage soup is a good thing to eat as its very healthy and low calories, no fat and you can eat as much as you want til your full.
You need to walk or get some form of exercise also.
Drink lots and lots of water!!! Dont drink pop/soda period!!!
This will help you lose quickly, but you must remember for long term you must change your eating and exercise for life or you will just put the weight back on if you go back to old eating habits.
Good Luck!

The Atkins Diet. I did it and lost 65 pounds in about 8 - 9 months. I lost 40 of those pounds in about 3 months. Like any diet you just gotta stay with it but, Atkins worked for me.
