There isn't a way cause it all sounds like nagging to them. They all seem to have selective hearing.

Agressive? Someone has a complaint that you're not aggressive?

And then - in order to do something because he has criticism of you - you don't know what you can do without seeming to be nagging? You're not his mother.

Nobody should be with someone who has complaints about what they are. Its one thing if someone asks someone to stop leaving their socks around the floor. Its another for someone to have "issues" over what you are as a person.

Dump this loser. There's someone out there who'd be perfectly fine with whatever it is you are. If you keep going back for "rounds" with this person once of these times you're going to get knocked down and you won't be getting up. Some men have a thing where on the one hand they think they have a right to criticize what you are or arent; but on other hand, they're looking for a mother (or something). Either way, you're not a partner in the deal.

ok elaborate more on aggressive . i mean want does he want. never change yourself for a man just to keep him - your ideal partner would never want you to. Maybe he meant be more assertive. more to the point to what you want . maybe you say yes too many times and are too sweet which ends up being boring to some men. if being more aggressive takes a lot out of you and its not YOU then leave things the way they are if he loves you he will accept you the way you are .

on the other hand if you want to be more aggressive no matter what - start looking into male domination and if that does not work then let him go - personally i think you should give him slap on the face and say ' is that what u want '? or instead of asking him if he wants something to drink say ' are you gonna f565king have a drink or what ?
if his reaction is not positive then tell him to shut up and put up with the lovely sweet you or leave .
hope i helped
