Without a lot of details about the circumstances to go on, I'll assume it's someone you see on a regular basis that you want to seduce. That's easy.
Guys like girls who look hot--short skirts, heels, sexy tops... A healthy dose of flirtation would also be useful--lots of eye contact, smiling at him, laughing at his jokes no matter how corny; preferably the ones in good taste. Otherwise, he could get the wrong idea about you. One more thing, show him a little cleavage, every now and then. Personally, I love that s****!
