Iraq is not a war one can win or lose.. War has raged on in the Middle East for thousands of years and it will continue until the end of time. As for those 500,000 Arabs in Michigan (come on).. If they think that Americans are the real terrorists- why the hell don't they leave and go back to their land of milk and honey???? Vietnam and Iraq are very different wars.. And as far as CNN, well, no one asked me or anyone I know how we felt about it- ever wonder how the hell they get their poll numbers? Geez.. these questions really make my blood boil.

The last poll I saw on the news shows the american public behind the war in Iraq at 63% on CNN. You need to look at Viet Nam as an example of what happens when politicians and Liberals try to change the debate from winning the war, to how fast can we pull out. These men risk their lives on a daily basis to protect innocent civillians and you and me from having terrorist attacks here in the United States. To CUT,RUN,SURRENDER in Iraq will spell certian doom for the Western culture.
I don't Give a Rats Behind what 500,000 anybodys have to say. (Arabs,Buddhist, KKK, Free South African Lesbian Bikers for Christ, or any other group of people). If the Arabs in Michigan think that the people who, are trying to rebuild the water treatment plants, the electrical grid, the total infrastructure, for a free and democratic Iraq are the terrorist. then we should just trade each of those 500,000 "New Conscripts" for the Patriots who are risking their lives to help their fellow man.
I was Angry on 9/11 with Muslim extreamists, Today I am equally angry with their apologist in the media and the lack of condemnation from the moderates in the Islamic faith.
We will win in Iraq, because the cost will be too high if you drag us out before the time is done.
Don't repeat Viet Nam. Honor those who have died for the cause that they were given.
Freedom for those least able to take freedom for themselves.

America has already lost in Iraq for the same reasons it lost in Vietnam-it managed to alienate the very people who it claimed to be liberating and if only a small percentage of Iraqis want US troops to leave that shouldn't be seen as a vote of confidence for the US. It should be seen as a measure of the terror that ordinary Iraqis feel about the anarchy that exists in their country and the civil war that comes when the coalition withdraws.

The iraqi's that want us out are the terrorist and insurgents.
the main problem is that Bush doesn't explain things like Reagan did. I think if he did - more people would support the war.
Have you been there during this war? If not, then you don't know what you're speaking about. I've not been there either -but I actually ask those who've been there if we should be there. I've not met one that has said NO. I don't know anyone on this post that believes we should stop.

The Iraqi people didn't want us there before the war and they still don't want us in their country. Sure, Saddam is not in power, however, back then they had electricity and running water. With USA's presence, they've lost women, children, grandparents, etc. It's more dangerous there than ever..... Think back to when UAE gained it's independence from UK. USA asked to put a military base in their country. They told us, "USA, we like you... but where ever you go, trouble follows." That says it all.

We can't leave, once you start something like this it MUST be followed through -just as we are, or we all lose for nothing. We ARE doing the right thing-the right way is always the hard way! No tail between our legs and no looking back stick to business and get it done.
