No food is really fattening if eaten in moderation. They do have calories, but no fat.

no not really....but I do know it is far better than potato chips. And if you are careful of salt intake then rub it off. Those frozen pretzels that you can heat up in the Mike Oven...that is a great snack...just look at the nutritional stuff on the side of the box. See how much fat calories it has...if I am right...you shouldn't have more than 15 or 20 grams per day. Not that you cannot have it if it is more....that is for someone who wants to watch their wieght. Like I said...that is if I am right....I am not a nutritionist.

Even though the package says "fat free", pretzels still can cause you to gain weight if you eat too many!
