Adrenaline may feel like your problem, but it is most likely only a part of your problem. You should see a psychologist who specializes in anxiety disorders or affective disorders if you can. There are several anxiety disorders that may fit the description you've provided above. Do not seek medication until being assessed by a psychologist because if you have something as simple as Panic Disorder, then the optimal treatment is exposure and breathing retraining, skills taught in a form of therapy known as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (aka CBT). Medications may only provide you with a short term solution. CBT can cure many anxiety disorders in a relatively short time 5 to 20 sessions. Use the website below to find a therapist near you.

I don't think adrenaline is your problem - adrenaline is a constant flow of energy, not nervousness. You could suffer from a food allergy, your thyroid could be out of whack.....there are so many medical reasons why you feel this way. Do yourself a favor and go get a thorough check-up by a competent medical doctor. I sincerely hope you feel better soon - God bless!!

Don't worry about it... the adrenaline will shut off automatically when you die from being constantly over excited.
You may try not drinking several gallons of coffee or coke each day and stop chain smoking... that usually helps.
