Well, you can do a few things. There are plenty of free resources online, I suggest doing a Google search for "speak Japanese free" and using as many of the free resources as possible to get the most out of your learning.

You can also download Skype and make free internet phone calls to people in Japan. I'm sure you can find Japanese people who would be more than happy to help you learn Japanese if you help them work on their English skills. It's super easy to search for and make friends on Skype.

that may not be very helpful, how you speak Japanese depends on who you're speaking to. You need to learn from someone who knows the language, Japanese is all about "face", and the worst thibg you can do is to offend someone by using improper language to them. You're allowed some slack because you're a "gaijin" (foreigner), but it's best to learn from someone who really knows.
