only if someone wants to give you custody of thier child. that is the only way you get a child for free

Hey, I would LOVE to know, as we're in the upper lower class bracket, or in the lower middle class in rate of income, and my wife can't have a baby due to a hysterectomy resulting from a life threatening infection, yet we want a child to share with, but can't afford all those fees either.....I told one agency that it's like trying to buy a child!

If you are willing to take in a special needs child, there are state agencies that will help with any fees.

You would need to go through a state run agency.
Call the Dept of Children & Families or whatever the name is in your state for more info.
