No period is safety period. You can even get pregnant when u r on periods. Better use a condom.

If you don't like condom you can ask your man to ejaculate outside your vagina..most of the man could do it.

You say that you are "ready", but, are you ready for the possibility of getting pregnant, and caring for a developing fetus for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 40 weeks, then delivering an infant into this world, totally dependent upon you for all its needs? Are you emotionally ready and is your partner? Are you married or in an exclusive relationship? Are you ready to undertake the chance of exposing yourself to all the partners your partner has had sex with and all the partners those partner had sex with, and thus expose yourself to sexually transmitted diseases? HIV is life-ending, herpes is for life, and others are extremely painful and can cause major problems, even cancer.

So if your only worry is about a "safe" time to have sex (which I don't believe there ever is), The first day of your menstrual cycle to the to about the ninth day after are the "safest days. The next two are "orange days, and the remaining 5 days to 6 days conception ovulation may occur on one of these days, and pregnancy can occur. The remaining 11 days are safer to have sex until the first day of your menstrual cycle, if you have an always predictable, 28 day cycle, which most everyone doesn't.

Use a condom, take steps to protect yourself, or consider abstinence.

14 days after your period starts you have ovulation and the egg survives for roughly 3 days after that it is a dead egg. anything from day 19 - day 24. however timing is not always right as certain foods and drinks, and even stress can upset our cycle so better safe than sorry take birth control or use a condom everytime.

first of all if you are asking this question it meand your are not ready bc if you were you wouldnt be in this situation. you need to go to a clinic and get some birth control before you want to start anything. make sure that the other person has gotten tested (you dont want to get anything you dont want right?) and then have him wear a condom. bc even though its ur first time it might not be his and you have no idea what he might have you always want to be safe.

Use a condom! It prevents pregnancy and disease! Don't have sex without it. Make it sexy for him by putting it on for him, hold the tip of the condom between your finger to give a little room for his semen then slowly roll it down the shaft. Tell him that you like to feel how big he is.

If you're going to have sex, you should always be prepared for the possibility that you might get pregnant. No contraception or "days" are 100% effective in preventing that.

Let me clear this up for you. You don't need to know this information because it don't work at all. What you need to do is this, stop, think about what you are really doing or about to do. Grow up a lot and talk to your mother, father or school counselor about this. Then after you received all information on sex, stop and think about what you are going to do.

do a bit of research and get to know your body (take your temperature, etc), so that you don't end up having sex when you are most fertile and getting pregnant. double up on contraceptives. also, if you are under 20, i HIGHLY recommend you wait. very unlikely you'll stay with the person you are with right now, anyway.
