First of all get RID of the pull ups...They are nothing like real underwear and feel different when wet. They are nothing like diapers either and again feel different when wet. Start taking her into the bathroom with you. Let Tell her what you are doing, even let her see before you flush. Then put her on the potty, be consistent, she's not going to learn this in a few days, or a couple of weeks, my suggestion is if you can't be consistent then don't try at all.

I went on line to Amazon to look for potty training books. There are dozens and dozens! They had some for parents and some to be read to the child. They also had videos/DVDs. Or check your local library (free). Also, some counties offer professional assistance to families...they may have advice or resources. Remember, each child has a unique and individual time clock inside her so each child will be ready to potty train at a different time. Good luck...its a big job.

It may seem weird, but put the potty in a room that she's comfortable in. Bedroom, living room, play room, it will be easier for her to go where she's comfortable. When she starts using, then you can move it to the bathroom. Reward her when she goes with a treat or a sticker system.
Some kids just need time. She'll do it eventually.

Reward system, Use a chart when she pottys on the potty let her put a sticker on a chart (keep in bathroom on wall) or reward with m & m's or hershey kiss's. This worked for my first. He got tired of the sticker reward so we moved on to the kiss' reward. Maybe she's just showing the starts of "readiness" take your time with her. I have 2 yr old boys and they aren't even close to being ready.

I taught my daughter in a week. What I did was after she ate I put her on the potty in front of the tv, put on her favorite show and let her sit until she did something. After about two days she decided that she didn't like sitting so she did what she had to do to get up and play.

When I was training my 3yr old, she refusde to go in her potty. I tried everything(rewards, praise, putting her on the seat at set intervals,etc...),she would hold it until I put her underwear back on and she would wet them.So I decided to put her underwear on under her training pants.BINGO!! Within a week or so she started running to her potty.I know it sounds odd, but it works.I think it's because the training pants keep them too dry(too much like diapers),but this way they can tell they are wet.Good Luck, hope this works as well for you as it did for me.

rewards. Or wait until she's ready.
I went to the dollar store, bought about $10 worth of "prizes", wrapped them up in tissue paper, placed them in a basket up high in the closet, but my daughter knew they were there. She used the potty, she got to pick out a prize.

when they are ready it will happen. My oldest was 2 1/2 and it didn't click for a year! I pushed it and she wasn't having it and I tried EVERYTHING! One day out of the blue it happen and that was it, and we never had accidents thereafter.

It wont happen overnight. It's takes practice and time. Take her often and praise like crazy with lots of hugs when she succeeds.
