a good sharp cheddar, fried bacon bits, scallions and some sour cream! Doesn't get any better than that! Happy Lunching!

Scoop out the potato from the skins, mix the potato with butter, very mature cheese and chopped spring onion. Put the mixture back into the potato skins then sprinkle more cheese on the top and return to the oven until the tops are brown and crispy (yum)

I a million/2 prepare dinner the potato then scoop out the middle blend it with 1st Baron Verulam and garlic (already cooked) and grated cheese and a splash of olive oil then placed potato blend back interior the jacket and end cooking interior the oven ..... yummy

Got to be a crispy spud, cut in half, scoop the middle out and mix with chopped, cooked bacon, chopped mushrooms a load of black pepper and a smidgeon of butter, top with cheese and bung them back in the oven until the cheese bubbles. Lovely!!

I love chili and cottage cheese and lettuce on my baked potato. For boats, I like taco meat with cheese and all the trimmings. For twice bakes, I like the pulp mashed with cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, and cheddar.

i prepare the potato by smothering in oilive oil and salt and pepper (this make skin tasty and crispy) then when done good topping is chille con carne or bean chille con carne.
