The right age is the age whenever you feel it is right. Do not feel pressured by your partner's age. I am 27 and I do not feel ready to have a child yet. My boyfriend is 39 and would like to have children, but I am not going to do something that is wrong just because I am scared that my partner will be too old when I am ready. You need to feel secure with your life and the path that you want it to go.

If you are mature enough.
I personaly feel 18 is really too young, not because you're not capable of growing your child, but you have so much more chance to enjoy life in the 20's.
I think your partner should wait till 32-33 ish, and you to be in the 20's, and still feel definate to have one, do so.
But if you're just thinking of making mistakes for your child, age isn't the thing. If you are totally committed to him, and you really want kids for sure, with no regrets definately, you could.

Im 16, he's 20 and were having a kid. So i guess its just when the two minds meet and are ready to raise a kid then go for it. His little fishies wont dry up, its your age youll have to worry about. My grandfathers 84 and he has a 3 year old.

When stable and can afford to raise a child, then that will be the right time.Make sure u wit the right guy. Havin a child is a big thing so just make sure this is sumthing u wanna do...U still young just wait a few years

There is never a right age... but I would suggest you consider if you are able to love and support your child (financially, emotionally, physically, etc) with everything ON YOUR OWN.
I'm not suggesting that things would not work out between you and the father, I pray that it lasts forever... but it's just what I would consider before bringing a child into this world.

for girls 22-45, for guys 25-55, because life expectancy is improving every decade.
in the future even 100 will be considered as young, thanks to human genome-tech advancements and nano-chemistry.
or if you get into that at too young age it is not good for your yet to be developing neural system and for your future off-spring. the system gets big maturety levels at 30s and 40s.
