I'm making bread using yellow crookneck squash instead of zucchini. Has anybody here ever done this before, and do you change your basic recipe at all, other than the change in the squash? Thanks.

Keep your basic recipe the same, for a bit extra add chopped walnuts in the batter, after bread is cool top with a good cream cheese frosting like the kind used on danish.Seems more like a desert then.

Well, basil and oregano will go well with zuchinni. And papraika, and of course black pepper and garlic.

I would keep everything the same. That should be yummy. I might try that myself.
