NO, NO, NO!!!!!!! Why should YOU give it up to someone who doesn't want you anymore? Why do you NEED that kind of friendship. Take some pride in yourself; walk away and don't look back. Let him realize that he lost the best thing he ever had and you have moved on.....and you will.

I have actually done this and it only makes it harder on you. For me I secretly kept hoping we would get back together. I would start thinking that I still meant something to him since we were having sex, but I didn't! It was just a piece of *** for him. It wasn't until I said no more was able to let go of this man. If you are not completly over him, continuing to sleep with will only keep your feelings for him more alive. The best thing is to tell him no, that you need to move on. You will save yourself a lot of heartache by doing this! Speaking from experience!!

nope cause ur still emotionally tied to him.. it's never safe or good to be friends w/benefits w/anyone.. the only one that will benefit is the guy cause hell come over and f u then leave u looking stupid.. ur gonna start liking him even more and eventually you'll start thinking he owe's u something cause ur sleeping together.. u need to get over it and find someone new instead of allowing these guys to use u...

Sex is not a hobby. What is the problem today that woman do not have the strength to keep their legs together? Honey, men will do it with anything as long as it has a hole. They couldn't care less about who it is with. At least prostitutes get paid for doing it.

nope. that just makes it harder to get over them. Not a smart thing to do. even if you are completely over them I still wouldn't do it. It would rekindle some kind of emotions

no no no. it just attaches feelings again. i had a friend and we were JUST friends and we kissed..ONCE and it made my knees weak so i was like hm..and we became friends with benefits and i became head over heels for him .. not a good idea right?
