As what has already been said your stomach is pushing your spine out of alignment. Lose weight, and strengthen your core (yours abs and your lower back) by exercising it. Do crunches, planks, transverse abs rolls, supermans, back extensions, bicycles (it's an abs exercise, not biking, although that would help you lose weight), medicine ball tosses, etc.

I recommend the abs diet, see the link below.

As always, see a doctor before you start any exercise or diet routine.

Get the weight off, exercise, and get to a doctor to have the bumps on your back checked out. For my money, forget the rub doctors. You can rub your back till hell freezes over and you'll be in the same boat. One other thing. There is a direct connection between your head and your back (surprise) so ANY stress is liable to affect the back.

If you have a large abdomen the weight of it will pull your spine out of line. Losing weight would probably bring you much relief. In the meantime see a doctor about your pain. Many things can cause back pain, a doctor should evaluate you.

You sound like you could be constipated. That will give you a backache and you said your stomach is distended.

Try fiber and a Chiropractor to get your back adjusted.

Go to a chiropractor and get an evaluation. Then they will start treating your problems.
