My Cat has a UTI and I don't have money for the Vet. Any idea's how I can get her help. I live in Joplin, MO Thank-You

If you have a Vet school within range, they will take care of your cat, with minimal charges. At least call your Vet and talk to him about your inability to pay for treatment right now. Sometimes, you may find a kind hearted one who will do something for your cat. Good Luck. Wish there was someway to help you.
