I will. I think it's a good day for everyone to reflect back on anyone, anywhere in the world, who has been affected by terrorism in their own country. There's nothing like feeling unsafe in your own land.

I thought this was such a stupid question, but maybe I should try to answer...
I doubt most Americans did support the IRA. They did have some support from some Americans of Irish decent.
And I am also sure that a lot of Americans on this day will be praying for all lives lost due to terrorism, no matter where they were at the time or where they came from.
The IRA were evil, but never did anything that could compare with the atrocities of 9/11.
Although they killed many people in the process, many of whom were innocent, they usually gave warnings and were trying for high profile, low casualty like in the London City bombs, the Manchester City Centre bombing and the Canary Wharf bombs.
And please don't think I'm condoning the actions of the IRA either, I am not. Just pointing out that this is a stupid immature question.

i think any decent civilised human being , no matter what background , will spare a thought for the innocents who lost there lives on 9/11 , sadly though there is a strange race who wish to leech off countries , the same race who cant respect others beliefs , who have to squat on toilets , who think they are all going to be martyrs, i think this race will be too busy inbreeding or claiming benefits to spare a thought for the lost lives

And all the people killed in vietnam, iraq, korea and afghanistan. And to those in Jordan who were killed by American supplied weapons, fired by Israel. And for anybody else who died because their governments wouldn't bow down, or give away their oil. And, one last thought, if Iraq was REALLY about 'regime change' why aren't we actively involved in Zimbabwe?

What would you actually class as American? It is the most integrated country in the world, so if you blame America, you are blaming the world`s people are you not?

It amazes me how people from other countries like to lump Americans together in a group.
I will pray for you for being a hater.
