You could try going swimming walking and walking up and down the stairs a few times a day.
Then you can try the SpecialK diet, one in the morning one in the afternoon and a sensible meal at tea time for 2 weeks
Make sure that you drink plenty of fluids too

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

I lost 14 lbs with weight watchers in two weeks, include some *exercise as well and you will tighten your body right up in just two weeks swimming and walking is the best way to lose the weight.
however this rate of weight loss will slow down to 2 - 3 lbs per week which is a far more healthy rate of weight loss
*(see a doctor first before diet or exercise)

I gave up smoking 5 months ago and within a month i just put on loads of weight,i am now getting over the smoking habit and about to loose the weight. I am going to eat normally the way thin people do, eat what you want but make sure you need it and exercise like you are doing. And slowly( not in 2 weeks) you will loose it,think positive every pound you loose is a pound less to worry about good luck

You can't lose weight in that length of time, your workouts sound very good, but you will need to do it at that level for about 6 weeks to really see a difference. Maybe just cut down on what you are eating, eat smaller portions and eat every 2 hours to speed your metabolism up.

it won't work if you don't eat, you'll just feel i'll and as soon as you eat again you will put the fat on as quick as you lost it.
I help people lose weight with an amazing meal replacement program, (protein based) it's very healthy and very effective, you will lose 2-3lbs a week which is a healthy weight loss, and you will be able to keep the weight off for good, with my help, i am also a personal coach which comes with the plan for free. Just let me know if you want more info hun.

I believe the only way to loose weight is sport, for example an hour of jogging every evening. And trying to do it quickly is pointless. That's because when you loose weight very fast, you get heavier even faster, especially when you have strict diet and stop it after 2 weeks.

You can lose 10 pounds easily in two weeks by going on Atkins. You get to eat as much as you want, and lose weight just from breathing (exercise will make you lose more). I suggest buying the book -- it'll address any questions you might have.

DO NOT STOP EATING.
Eat your food slower, savouring every mouthful.
Try to eat more sensibly.. if you can't care to exercise,
try a 45 min long brisk walk EVERY day.
if you feel hungry you MUST eat.. little and often, otherwise
your system will go into starvation mode, which means
when you NEXT eat, your body will store what you've
eaten and you'll put on weight.
Drink lots of water... more healthy food too obviously
