I regularly visit a Chiropractor, refer my patients to one and have seen excellent results. Reflexology is very effective but for back/neck pain, a Chiropractor would be best.
A Herbalist would also prescribe something to help.

Chiropractors have helped me a lot, but some are better than others, so it pays to ask around as some other answerers have said. Some just perform the same adjustments every tiime without even checking the patient first, but others feel around the spine to determine what needs to be adjusted and see if anything has changed since the last adjustment. You definitely should look for the latter type.

I have went to a chiropractor almost all my life (I have scoliosis). The first one i went to was horrible, he was the kind that only "adjusted" you half-ways so that you had to keep coming back more often so that he got paid more often! It was awful, i was getting horrible headaches and worse backaches than i had before i started going. I stopped for awhile and then found another chiropractor that was recommended by a family member and it makes me feel so much better. make sure that you find someone that you trust, maybe someone you know gets treatment and would know a good Dr. Good luck!

I have the same thing, went to a chiro, he clicked it and re-aligned it, and it did absolutely nothing at all! Then went to an osteopath and nothing changed either! Eventually i realised that eveyone suffers back ache and i would find no relief - then i got a new bed!! All my pains are GONE!! Some are just too soft or too hard for some people! Speak to your doctor about that..

Call all the osteopathic doctors in the phone book and ask them if they do "Cranial sacral work" and "Manipulations" An osteopath will help you get rid of your pain. He's an actual doctor, but can also manipulate the spine the same way a chiropracter can.
Good Luck

I think chiropractor's can really help. I have had reflexology, but for a back problem, I think the chiro is best.

Chiropractors are awesome because they don't use medicine. They just realign your back and then your energy flows better hence making you healthier!
