No way. Don't mix money with honey. It tends to get you into a very sticky situation.

Don't be an old slapper, get to know the poor girl ( as a person ). Not just a shag piece. You might make a lovely couple, but don't do the typical bloke thing, by trying to get into her pants. We're not all that easy. Friendship first, WILL go a long way. BEHAVE & BE LUCKY

Make a move now. If you make it out with her and she becomes your team leader then in the morning she'll be on top of you and at night you'll be on top of her. Good Luck for both of you.

You should leave work at work !! If she rejects you then you have made your work place awkward. If you can not resist making a move you should at least wait to see if she shows some signs of interest.

nope I wouldnt rush into things just yet. She could be smiling at you out of courtesy or just friendliness. leave it til shes settled into the company before you even contemplate making a move.

Don't do it she will soon be your "team leader" which I think means that one day she will be your boss or at least over you. If you start to date her and something goes wrong then you may have to do all of the hard jobs that nobody else wants to do as punishment. If you hurt her you may have to answer with your job.

Wait...she is new to the workplace. She might just be friendly because she is nervous or trying to fit in. You are smiling at her: is she smiling back....and why? Be careful and don't scare her off.

Before you do anything I'd ask myself the following question:do I want a relationship with a co-worker?(even worse..your team-leader..)I mean...what is things go wrong between the two of you,are you capable of handling it and still see her every day?You think she will?If you think this will all turn out ok,then I'd say:go ahead and make your move...
