Phentermine isn't really for someone who's only 25 lbs overweight. You could probably lose it in a month or so but the side effects might not be worth it--dry mouth, insomnia, headaches, hot flashes, etc. It's also really expensive if you buy it online--3x more than getting a local prescription, which at 25lbs over you won't be able to get. Well the first two weeks on Phentermine I lost 10 pounds. The doctor told me that was water weight. The average is 2-3 pounds a week. It could be more. But it depends on your water & food intake and also excerise.
I am 30 pounds overwieght. I will be getting weighed in this Sat.
