i found it it was in the glove box on the side very un easy to see

good question....I'd get a chilton's manual for your car. There around $15 and they tell you how to do everything on your car and where everything is. It's a really good investment for people who don't know much about cars

Usually the fuse box is around the steering wheel under the dashboard somewhere....

Don't know if this will help, but my mother had a 1981 Buick Electra, and the fuse panel was hidden under the driver's side dashboard. I actually had to lay on the floor mat underneath the steering wheel and look up to see it. I'm pretty sure most GM vehicles have the fuse panel tucked away under there somewhere.

Look under the dash, left side next to or very close to the break peddle.
