Try a little bit of soup as it's good for you and you'll not feel like you're eating a lot. Plus you can always reheat it later if you can't manage very much.
Otherwise maybe some cereal?

White bread and Sprite/7Up, sipped slowly. If you're taking any antibiotics, once you're well again eat yogurt to replace necessary bacteria in your body that the antibiotics will have killed.

White rice without oil or butter. Dry toast and tea.

anything you can keep down. if your really really sick and you have diarrhea or vomiting try the "brat" diet. first try a banana, then try rice, then applesauce, then toast. if you can keep these food items down it will help the diarrhea pass and make you feel better

when I am in this situation its usually dry toast, peanut butter toast, or crackers....
you could also try boulion (broth....
