The best way for a healthy diet is to have six smaller meals a day

Eat more for breakfast this is when you should have your biggest meal, also you should have some fruit or some berries as a snack at about 11, lunch at 12.30 ish, snack at 3 dinner at 6 snack at 9ish.

Do not worry about the 3 meals a day only, or starving yourself for 24 hrs this will just throw your body into starvation mode and any energy you consume the body will try to store it as fat and you will feel lethargic.

You have probably heard that breakfast is the most important meal? This is absolutely true, when you go to sleep your body goes into starvation mode and your sugar levels drop (this is why we feel dozy in the morning) to get these back up we eat a large breakfast porridge is one of the best, try some organic wholemeal toast as well as the porridge, dried fruit is good to add to the porridge as this will replace the sugar lost after the nights fast.

Breakfast - porridge is the best thing you can eat. Have some seeds on it and a few slices of fruit and skimmed milk.

Lunch - You must eat lunch otherwise your blood sugar will fall and yhour body will hold onto whatever it can. Rather have tuna sandwhiches with some lettuce and tomato in, two slices of bread a day is fine and at 14 you will still grow.

Your evening meals are too close together. Have the fish and pasta at 4 and then the chicken with corn and carrots at 8 or earlier if you can. Dont have too much pasta and chicken at 4, just a snack portion. You should have some green veg instead of the carrots and corm sometimes.

Generally not too bad. You could do with eating something at lunch time though. Even if its just a little fruit to keep you going. Good choice on the porridge for breakfast though, very healthy. You could do with drinking a litle more water to keep hydrated. You need at least 8 glasses a day, more if the weather is warm.

Its not bad at all, but try to eat many small meals during the day, and much less at night! If you are trying to lose weight that is.. Food doesnt digest as well at night and when you are sleeping.. Eat foods that have a low GI (google if you dont know what that is) too keep you fuller and less hungry for longer!

Your diet would be better if you ate more at 4 PM and then did not eat again until morning. You would sleep better and your digestive system would get a much needed rest every 24 hours that way.

seems healthy however i reckon your leaving far too much of a gap between breakfast and your chicken breast. Try and eat something between!

Yes I think it is. Generally I'd advice you to follow your intuition, when choosing a diet. I think it could tell you what you do need to eat. At least that's my theory...

You need to eat at lunch time, even if only some fruit or nuts and seeds!
