Having sex is just the sexual/physical part... making love is when you make each other feel loved/cared about emotionally, mentally & physically/sexually.

Having sex or what is now called "just hooking up" is the act with no emotional attachment, but making love is where you at least feel something for another. Just having sex is to me a selfish way, that you each are trying to get off before the other dose and just wants to stop and maybe even just walk away like nothing happened. Making love you want to help each other, both helping each other enjoy the moment. Good luck

Of course there is. People have sex for fun, money, or other reasons, but we make love to only a person who we really care about. Making love involves emotions. Having sex is just the physical act.

yes, you can have sex with any one. but making love comes from the heart. your partner makes sure you have been fully satisfied, before they have theirs. it's not just a wham bam thank you . love making is wonderful , I've had it 4 20years now, and it just seems to get better with age. once you had the love making you'll know the difference. and you won't care for the just having sex.

Having sex is having it without feelings.
Making Love is having it and feeling love with your partner.

Its the tone in which both are said...when u say 'sex',it seems very carnal..but when u say 'make love' u imply a lot of love,feeling,sensitivity...no matter how rocking the sex ultimately is..
