workout schedule- one ill see results with. would i do like one day arms? one day legs, i just started working out, what and how should i do this? and how many reps for how long? need an idea-thanks

for the best results is to work out your whole body in 1 day,5 days a week. if you work a different part each day, you dont get to build up the muscles fully, it only takes bout 45min-1hour for a whole body workout.use enough weight to do 12-15 reps and be strugglein on 15

There are so many work out programs, but the one I keep hearing raves about is on the Oprah Website.
