Good old Guam!
Lots of golf courses and some good chances to hitch a MAC flight to Japan, Australia, Hawaii, etc. if you get the time off. Its hot and humid, but everything has AC. I think you'll find you like it.
Sorry, it is a US territory and the taxman will take his bite!

it is NOT tax free. You will pay state taxes based on your Home of Record. and of course, the Federal Gov't will get their cut as well.
