Yes. Your body is programed that sweet also means fat. so if you drink diet sodas your body starts to crave the feeling of fullness it expect calories if you do not provide it with calories it will just keep nagging you till you feed it often eating more carbs that the original non diet soda would have contained.
If you want to loose weight cut out all sodas and just drink distilled or spring water. Also Stick with organic foods as much as possible.

Yes, they do. I do not know why...but I used to drink 2 Diet Dr. Peppers every day, and only one bottle of water. I had surgery and was forced to drink only water for three weeks. I wound up losing five pounds. I was bedridden, so it wasn't any exercise that did it, and I did not change my eating habits. Now, I drink only water, and feel so, so much better. Definately recommend!!

Ever since I read this study, I've switched to flavoring my own water. I feel sooo much better.

I always hungry after drinking a lite sprite/7up! Don't know about the other drinks but its true regarding the above!

no, its the menatlity of savin calories which makes you want to eat. but if you have strong will power,you can drastically cut weight by switchin from regualar soda to diet
