2 answers to your primary questions:
first, none of these organs(liver,intestines & stomach) occupy the chest cavity. they are all found below the diaphragm called the abdominal area.

meatuses are just any opening or canal.

alveolar sacs are the air pockets in the lungs.

pleural space is the space between parietal pleura(attached to chest wall) and the visceral pleura of the lungs(attache to the lungs obviously). it contains fluid called pleural fluid.

they would be in the abdominal cavity below the chest. everything you listed except the alveolar sacs are outside the lungs
