He invited me to his house and didn't make a move or anything but told me the next day how happy he was to spend time with me and that he thinks I look pretty, do you think he is interested in just friends or dating? sorry I know 2 questions here

Sounds like he does have an interest in you. He didn't make a move and he could have so maybe you intimidate him. He said you are attractive that's a good sign. I say don't act to interested (even if you are) That way you can see how serious he really is. You have known him for 2 years right so you must know his personality enough to know if he is a player.
Good luck and good question.

Wow!! This is tricky because I have a strict rule w/ mixing my money w/ my honey. First of all, the only way to know if he only wants a fling is to ask him and hopefully he will be honest. But, you have to consider the consequences if this whole thing goes sour. It could cause you great discomfort at work. I would take it really slow. Good luck

sounds interested in dating but not sure if you have the same feeling. If the feeling is mutual, try giving a stronger hints that you like him to.

ps. check u r company policy's if it's ok to date co-worker also.

Unless you're not looking at your present job as a career move,... I say stay away from a relationship with him.
