You loose weight in the order that you put it on so that if you started gaining weight in your stomach that is the last place you loose it. You just have to do fat burning exercise coupled with strength burning exercises to get rid of weight.
Proper diet also is a must try to stick with organic foods and distilled or spring water. Diet sodas make you gain weight and artificial sweeteners will too.

First you will have to burn your fat, so start running a few times a week. Go to the gym next and do some work-outs to harden your muscles. When you pass this stage, after a few months, you can start doing abs. Every week an increase in exercises: from crunching to sit-ups.

cardivascular exercises; i.e. running, walking, biking, swimming. Also important is your diet, eat a healthy well-balanced diet high in fiber, low in refined carbs and fat. The is no specific exercise that can "target" as specific area of the body. The body burns fat from all over. Eat less, exercise more.

DANCIN (which i really love) n swimmin.. u can run 2 an hour or so daily
