Stop smoking, dipping, drinking coffee, eating junk food and start brushing your teeth. Get a dental cleaning every 6 months. Ask your dentist about teeth bleaching solutions.

I drink coffee and tea all day, i don't smoke or chew, or anything else, but i have yellow teeth from the coffee and tea, i use peroxide and swish it in my mouth for as long as i can handle it i do this 2 times a day and it helps get my teeth back whiter, also make sure you use equal amounts of water to peroxide.

Baking soda and a toothbrush.

(A dentist does a better job though, and the comment about losing your teeth is valid).

DON'T use dental whitening strips - they are associated with an aggressive form of tongue cancer. I knew a 30 year old who lost her life because of it.
