Be consistent, firm & kind. Reward the behaviour you want to see and have a punishment that fits the crime for the behaviour you don't want. Be sure they know the rules and consequences and follow through each time. They are kids, they'll get away w/ what they can. Try to find a way to motivate them to be good and do the right thing.

My friend Theresea has created a website specifically for "Rules for Ratbags" or Toddler taming - right through to Child Discipline using positive parenting strategies.

Really helpful for babysitters and anyone trying to cope with kids at all! As a mother of four kids, I guess she has learned the practical way.

You will be surprised by how much you will learn in a few minutes on her site!

Watch that nanny show she has some great ideas!!! maybe some type of reward system!!! Sounds like everybody has to take time to adjust to the changes!!! good luck . remember to treat them the way you would want to be treated!!

You have to set up ground rules that EVERYONE must follow...make it a point that EVERYONE will benifit IF everyone is helping...see if that helps...other than that...You may have to be harsh!!

well if you spank them and let them know that you or whoever is the adult and make them listen to what you got to say then they will do much better

better parenting - if they are your cousins its not up to you to parent them - its up to their mom or your mom (well and dads too)
