Oh, please...are there any other excuses you can come up with? The truth is you are not losing weight, because you don't want to. When you do, you will, because you'll have the motivation to stick with it.

Diet and exercise wont make your face melt away while the rest of your body is hefty. If you try a simple exercise routine (recommend a good amount of cardio), and eat healthy, you should be fine. You wont drop massave amounts of weight, but you will remain healthy.
At 5'9" and 192, you most likely do not have an excess to lose (granted I'm not looking directly at you and cant see problem areas)
I recommend "Body for Life" if you feel you need to lose weight in a great amount. Check it out www.bodyforlife.com The food is actually food, not water and croutons.

Instead of worrying about your face worry about your heart health. Be concerned with what the extra weight is doing to your heart, your lungs and the rest of your body. It won't show much in your face at all.
