Pizza: 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 2/3 cup of water, 2 teaspoons of yeast, 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix it, knead it, cover it, and let it rest for 2 hours. Punch it down, take about half of it, roll it out into a thin crust, top it with a very, very thin layer of tomato paste (not sauce), cover it with mozzerella cheese and the toppings of your choice (green peppers, onions, sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.) and slide it onto a pizza stone in an oven preheated to it's highest temperature. Keep an eye on it, but it will probably take no more than 15 minutes before the cheese is bubbling and turning brown. That's real pizza--not the crap you buy at Pizza Hut.
