Revelations is about Jesus Christ. In the beginning created God the heavens and the earth. Heavens is plural, but could not find even three different heavens. The Kingdom of Heaven was really to replace the Kingdom of Herod which was really bad and had high taxes and treated the people badly. There could have been other places equally as bad that Jesus wanted to also have a new Kingdom of Heaven. The location of Heaven was here on earth to replace the Kingdom or Kingdoms at that time.

At 2Cor12:2-4 the apostle Paul describes someone who was "caught away ......to the third heaven"and "into paradise"Since there is no mention in the Scriptures of any other person having had such an experience,it seems likely that this was the apostle Paul's own experience.Whereas some have endeavoured to relate Paul's reference to the "third heaven"to the early Rabbinical view that there were stages of heaven, even a total of "seven heavens",this view finds no support in the Scriptures.

in the bible the jews refered to 3 different heavens here are the 3 heavens that i have heard of 1) jeremiah 4:25 (the heavens where the birds fly) our sky. 2) gen. 1:8 God called the firmament heaven(our atmosphere where the sun, moon and stars are 3) 2 cor. 12:2 a man caught up to the third heaven(obviously this is the heaven where God lives).

In Paul's vision (2 Corinthians 12:2), he says he was taken to the third heaven. Other places in the Bible refer to heaven as 'heavens', implying at least 2. The idea of 7 levels of heaven comes from the books of Enoch, which heavily influenced early Christianity, but was not included in the Bible because it undermines the historical Jesus idea which was necessary for the Roman church to be able to claim authority originating in Jesus.

I think that came from Dante in medieval times. He spoke of nine heavens, actually.
In the Bible, Paul talked about three, and tradition says they are 1) the physical universe, 2) the place of spiritual warfare, with angels and demons struggling--the "heavenlies", and 3) the place of God's throne, or the traditional heaven.

Interesting-I do wish I knew the answer to this. But, as I do not accept what you call the NT, I cannot take this as where it is mentioned.
But, I do know that in Judaism and Islam there is the concept of the 7th Heaven. It is the epitome for spiritual focus and bliss.
