I am very flexible in all spots.But not in my legs doing the splits.

You need to stretch, stretch, stretch! You need to do as much of a split as you comfortably can, and hold it there. Just like anything else, you will slowly become more and more flexible, and will be able to get closer to a split until you've finally attained a full split.

Start by sitting with your legs as far out as you can get them apart on the floor and lean forward as far as you can. Really anything that stretches out your inner thigh muscles will help. Just keep stretching further and further and you'll get there.

You need to stretch your legs in a consistent fashion in intervals of 15 seconds to be able to do it in time. This will allow the muscle to tear and then repair itself.

stretches, lots of them, sit on the floor and bring you heels in to your crotch and and stretch out the tendons inside your thighs,also put your legs out as far as possible and try to lay your body flat to the floor!keep this up til you get it done!!

Try pilates and yoga floor exercises. Its incredible how flexible you become so quickly.
