I'm Dutch.

It is not yoo-go...but huu-Go the u like in Luke
The g's are rough, make a throat sound like scraping it for a bug you accidentally swallowed, but tone it down a little (sorry, don't know a better way to discribe it.)

"van" is pronounced "von"
"der" is pronounced like "there" but with a d instead of th

Goes is pronounced Goos, with a sharp G and a sharp s.

It's difficult to transcribe the Dutch "g" sound, but maybe you are familiar with the Spanish "j" (jota) sound. That would help a lot.

Using the Spanish "j" (the rest in English!) try saying:
HUYJO VAHN DER JOOS.

If you can do that you're close.
