The hi-jackers were like the people who rebelled against Moses and were swallowed up by the Earth.

Whether they were Muslim, Jewish or Satanist - they would never attain heaven because they would be dead before uttering the words or the thoughts.

Wow... yeah, what it Muhammed Atta accepted Jesus as his personal savior just as the plane crashed into the tower? Wouldn't suck to get up to heaven as one of the dead Americans and find yourself sitting next to Mohammed Atta?

Edit: does God have an out since they would have been in the air at the time of their conversion and therefore not "on the earth"? Could God say "Nope, sorry, bucko. That one didn't count. Go to Hell, you terrorist bastard."?

Maybe, but they didn't, so I think we're safe. Besides, I'm not planning on going to the christian heaven anyways. I'm going solo like Han Solo through space......wheeeeeeeeeee

That was cold. This question toys with the suffering and death that happened on 9/11/01. This question is disrespectful and contemptuous toward the innocent Americans who died that day. I hope it gets reported to YA.

=P

It depends on what kind of life they lived while in the world. After people die, their affections are what drive their actions.
