i dont see anywhere in the bible where it says that masterbation in wrong but masterbatiuon is not sex,only sex is mentiuoned in the bible, and masterbation is to be kept within one self and not to let soemone else do it for you then it becomes a sin
but i see no reason as topw hy you shouldnt please yourse,lf that will keep you fromsinning

Though it is not a sin, but not good too. The habit of masterbation may fell the person into weekness. The habituated person of masterbation cannot be stand longer if he pennetrated into any women virgina, resulting feeling of shame may be arised.

Well sex it self is not a sin ( in general) reason you are taking up the job of cration which GOD has assigned to you and is apious deed .Ofcorse Bible may say it a sin ,but remember almost everyone refered to in bilbe has it ,so why call it a sin , lets cross check with Vedas they say its a pious deed which lets you involve in creative job ,so go ahead, but masterbation is a self satfying method without harming others ,so dont worry what bible says ,go by your boby needs , its important to you as much as air water and food to you after certain age .

The act itself is not a sin, the ideas used while doing it may fall into the category of lust. Doing it excessively would also be a problem. Even the Vatican has reached that conclusion.

people might argue that thinking about sexual things is lust and that lust is a sin.
in my book, however, it is better than relieving ones sexual needs without having to go out and shag people.
is there anything in the new testament which refers specifically to masturbation? don't think so, but do check.
just make sure you have left the church itself before you start.

Yes its a sin,anybody that tells you other wise is a liar. you are filled with lust so you have sex with your own flesh,people in the bible have died for this reason
