No. Since many of these acts have been committed by "so called" devout Christians both presently and throughout history. To think that would be totally naive.

We'd still have those things. "Devout Christian" doesn't mean "perfect" or "incapable of bad deeds." Nice try, but religious people don't have a monopoly on moral behavior.
