No. Since many of these acts have been committed by "so called" devout Christians both presently and throughout history. To think that would be totally naive.

No matter how devout a person may be, he or she is still human and flawed. The true Christian lives in the heart of man, the actions of man are man's own.

We'd still have those things. "Devout Christian" doesn't mean "perfect" or "incapable of bad deeds." Nice try, but religious people don't have a monopoly on moral behavior.
