I am so ashamed of you for not reporting this and to let that poor dear 14 year old go through what she did and you don't do a damn thing about it----SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Your government won't do a damn thing about it because of idiots like you who don't report such things.
How would you like it if this had been you who was raped and I saw it happen to you and I let it slide too? And you dare to say that you trust our government , why? If a soldier can get away with this then what makes you think you can trust our government for anything? How will you explain this to your God when He asks you about it and also asks you what did you do about it?

NO!!!! Even though you are in another country it still immoral for you not to say anything. That is just wrong. She is 14 years old and you just witnessed an innocent child be sexually violated. If you were here in the US would you have kept your mouth shut in a situation like this? If you answer no then what is the difference? They are both children that can mess up her perspective on life. Things like this happen and you wonder why they hate Americans.That is just F*cked up.

Trusting the Government does not mean you should see evil and let it go.
however you don't want to involve others, but you should try to think about others, when they are surf. I hope you know the deff. b/w raping and when the girl accept it as part.
