Computer can't do that. It is up to our consumers to buy and use the legal copies of software.

If you mean how can software pirating be stopped than I'll have to say its very difficult.

Many developers employ all sorts of hoops for you to jump through (activivation, serial code, key code, 30 day trial, limited feature set etc) but hackers always find a way round it. (Eventually)

I think the only way is to make sure each and every program have a unique number and connect to the internet every time the program is started, to verify that the user is unique, but even hackers can foil that by tricking the program into thinking its ok!
