Hi you can get hold of hair spray from anywhere, your corner shop should even sell it, but supermarkets, and stores that sell beauty products sell it to. Just look for the hair if you have a asda or tesco you usually find it by the shampoos and conditioner. It says hairspary on the tin can.

you can buy hairspray from any cosmetic store like boots or superdrug or you can just go to your local supermarket or chemist !

It's not rare/hard to come by.
