Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the act of transferring some of an organization's repeated non-core and core business processes to an outside provider to achieve cost reductions while improving service quality. Because the processes are repeated and a long-term contract is used, outsourcing goes far beyond the use of consultants.

BPO is a huge industry!

If you mean the call centres then you have to either take or make calls! You can shift to quality where you have to hear others calls and make them improve! Then you can grow to Team leader or move to training!

The interview? well, all they look for is good communication skills and confidence. So go with a great attitude!
