I mean, what will make this shift worth it? some good places to live and work in, and just basically what's good about Canada??

I don't plan to settle there, I love my country and I love working here. I need better skills to give more for my own country, and want to get those skills, from another place..as, sadly, that isnt possible here.

Well, you can visit Candian official website for some information on what life in Canada is like. You can apply for a visa to shift to Canada (either as a tourist at first, or a permanant visa).
I have extended relatives in Canda and they love it. I have never been there but mu cousins go there ever so often and they love it.
