Intelligence is a major factor in emotional stability.
People who are intelligent usually deduce problems more logically, more often- as they know this is the path to understanding, with understanding comes peace, with peace happiness can occur more freely.
logical deduction. My sister in law has grown up with her biological mother and father, who were/are very loving and supportive. She is mentally unstable and takes a plethora of pills for her metal state. I however, grew up in a broke @$$ home, got beat nearly everyday, called names by mother and stepfather, given no opportunity for education, yet today I am a successful business woman with a family. It's intelligence. Environment has NOTHING to do w/ it.
Many of today's true success stories were hard won from the depths of the ghetto.

Interesting question.
Race - No. (that's just racist and ignorant to suggest that)
Intelligence - No, In fact many highly intelligent people have a hard time communicating with or even understanding the concerns of the average person, they just seem to be in their own world.
I would suggest: Empathy, Patience, Sincerity and a Sense of Humor contribute to emotional stability.

It has no longer something to do with race or favourite intelligence. It has to do with emotion intelligence, upbringing, and having a sturdy help device (supportive kin, friends, etc). in case you weren't taught coping skills, you may want to emphasise out truly. Or in case you do not have a unmarried human being to exhibit to or to provide emotional help, your issues will exhaust you. for sure there's a small % of those with chemical imbalance contained in the mind that makes it harder for them to narrate to others. Cognitive remedy ("communicate" remedy) may help, and in some severe situations medicine may also help.

Pretty much love. If you were brought up in a loving environment, that helps. But genetics play a big role also. Race and intelligence do not factor in at all.
